Everplast Indonesia is a Surabaya-based project that recycles single-use plastic waste into hand-crafted consumer goods. As part of the global @realpreciousplastic network, we collect HDPE and LDPE plastic from local sources, sort and clean it, and re-melt it into sheets that are CNC-cut into our product range.
The idea is simple: plastic that already exists should become something worth keeping. Every piece is part of that project — proof that recycled plastic can be useful, good-looking and built to last.
Four positions.
Circular, not biodegradable.
HDPE and LDPE don’t decompose, and we won’t pretend they do. What we are is circular: the material goes back into use instead of into landfill.
Built to last.
HDPE and LDPE have a useful life measured in decades. A coaster from us is meant to outlast many cheaper ones.
Local first.
Designed, made and finished in Surabaya. Plastic waste sourced from collection partners in East Java.
One of a kind.
The terrazzo speckle comes from plastic flakes landing at random during pressing. No two pieces are identical — that’s the point.
From bottle cap to finished piece.

Collect & sort
One-time-use HDPE and LDPE — bottle caps, packaging, factory off-cuts — sorted by type and colour.

Wash & shred
Cleaned and shredded into flakes. We never blend in virgin plastic: every colour is the original plastic’s colour.

Press into sheets
Flakes are hot-pressed into solid sheets in our Surabaya workshop. This is where the terrazzo pattern is born.

CNC-cut & hand-finished
Sheets are CNC-cut into product shapes, then deburred, test-fitted and checked by hand. Every piece passes through human hands at least three times.
Everyday objects, made to stay.
Tissue boxes, phone holders, card holders, coasters, keychains, house numbers, toilet signs, ashtrays, pot stands and soap dishes — plus recycled sheets made to order. Two material families, twenty-four colours.
